James ‘Flex’ Lewis was born in South Wales, Llanelli and is a very young and successful bodybuilder. Most bodybuilders achieve pro status in their 30s, but not Flex Lewis. He achieved his pro card in his early 20s and had a physique which turns heads. Flex has become popular world wide with a huge fan base, his potential is limitless and he will become a force at the Olympia in years to come. His trainer Neil Hill also from Wales has gathered a lot of reputation and has become one of the best trainers/nutritionists in the world of pro bodybuilding.
